Amelia Poplicher LL.M. earned her law degree from Maastricht University in the Netherlands specializing in European Law. The famous university of the Art City Maastricht known for the most important art fair The European Fine Art (FAIR) Foundation (TEFAF) as well as for the European institution, which brought her specialization in Art Law and European Law. Prior degrees such as in US Law and Political Science from the US famous Hawaii Pacific University and the German Goethe University Frankfurt, furthering her studies of Law at the University of Mainz. In addition to broadening her expertise in art law at the Museum Städel Kunsthochschule Frankfurt am Main and the Center of Art Law New York she has been recognized by the NYC bar through the educational program on art law and galleries compliance.
Amelia Poplicher LL.M. combines her legal education with working groups on art and cultural law. At the same time Amelia Poplicher LL.M. is the editor-in Chief of the DDL Art Law Journal.
Amelia Poplicher LL.M. has been recognized as an arbitror and mediator for art with all major arbitration courts in europe and internationally.
